Order Processing

When you purchase a product from SimpleSolutions.net, you will be asked to set up an account with us.  This is required in order for us to process your order.  You will be given an account name and password that is strictly confidential and that is known only to you.

We will ask you for your name, billing and delivery address, phone number and email as well as credit or debit card number, expiry date and security code.  This allows us to process your order and notify you of your order status.  We ask for your telephone number in case we need to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order or in the case of international deliveries, we may need to give your number to the courier company.  Please note that your credit card details will not be retained by us following your transaction.

Once we receive your order, we will email you with a confirmation or if you do not have an email address, we will send your order confirmation to you by post with your order.

 

When you place an order with SimpleSolutions.net or access your account information, you are using a secure server.  The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us.  Futhermore, as required by the UK Data Protectioni Acts of 1984 and 1998, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information, which you have given us to prevent unauthorised access.  Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally requrest proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will use all reasonable endeavours to safeguard the privacy of our customers.  Any information gathered from you upon registration is used purely for the purposes of improving this website and will not be given to or shared with any thrid party.

Availability, Pricing & Payment Policy

 

All our products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale without incurring any liability.  If a customer has already ordered and paid for a product that is discontinued, we will refund their money in full.

 

The price of goods payable by you is the price which appears on the website at the time you place your order and pay for it. Prices may change sometimes due to supplier price increases, but once you have submitted your order and paid for it, even if prices go up afterwards we will not charge more for your ordered product.  

 

Return & Refund Policy

 

You are legally allowed 7 working days in which to cancel your order if you so wish to do with no extra charges incurred apart from the cost of postage and packing, which is your responsibility.  Provided that the products have not been tampered with and are in an unused, unopened and re-saleable condition we will refund you your full payment minus postage and packing costs.

within 7 working days of you receiving the products.  Please make sure you enclose your order number along with your full name and address in your communication.  It would help us if you could state the reason for your cancellation, although this is not obligatory.

 

If there is any damage to the products or proof of tampering once they have been returned to us, then we regret that we would be unable to take them back for safety reasons, and they will be sent back to you again with no refund given. 

 

Once we have received your cancellation request in writing within the 7 day “grace” period, we will refund your order subject to delivery costs incurred by us.  If your order qualified for free postage, then we will refund you your payment minus the cost of shipping that we incurred.

 

Orders placed by credit or debit card from the website will be refunded directly to your credit or debit card.  Orders placed by any other means will be refunded by cheque made payable to your name and posted to your address.  All refunds will be made within 30 days upon our receipt of the returned products.

 

We regret that we are unable to refund any cancellation request received after the initial 7 working day period.  We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit, and you are advised to pack the product(s) carefully to avoid damage and return them to us by recorded or registered delivery or via courier.  Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

 

Out of Stock

 

In the event that any product you ordered is out of stock, we will send you what we have in stock within 5 working days of your order date and despatch the remaining product(s) to you as soon as we receive them, but no longer than 10 working days after you have placed your initial order.  You will be notified of any out of stock items shortly after placing your order.

 

If a product is still out of stock after 10 working days of your order date, we will inform you via email or telephone of when we expect to get it in and will despatch it to you as soon as we receive it, otherwise, you will be given the option to cancel the out of stock order and your money will be refunded to you in full at no extra charge to you.  If we are unable to reach you, we will despatch your product(s) to you as soon as they are in stock.  You may also cancel any order that is out of stock at any time, unless it has arrived and has already been despatched to you.

Every effort is made to keep our site up to date and error free. However we reserve the right to change prices without notice.

 

Damaged Products

 

For any product that has been damaged in transit and providing that you notify us by phone or in writing immediately upon receipt of the damaged goods, we agree to replace the goods for you, provided that you send them back to us at the address below:

Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

We will dispatch all orders received within 10 working days of the order date via Recorded Delivery.

 

Overseas orders are dispatched by Airmail or Courier depending on the weight and delivery can take between 5 days to 2 weeks depending on the country it is being sent to.  Shipping and delivery costs are automatically calculated when you place an order with SimpleSolutions.net.

 

Postage and delivery charges are outlined below.  We offer free delivery for all orders above £150.
